      Please note that all orders require 1-2 business days for processing at our UK facility before they are dispatched.

You may return your purchase for any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. The items must be returned in their original, unused condition to qualify for a refund.

        How do I handle damaged or defective items?
        If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify our customer service team via email at apron@solidpinafore.com. To expedite the process, please include photographic evidence of the fault.

        Once the evidence is verified, we will process a replacement or a full refund.

        No return of the damaged item is required in these specific instances, provided sufficient evidence is submitted.

        Once a refund is approved and initiated, the funds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that banks and card issuers may require additional processing time to reflect the transaction on your statement.
